Contract manufacturing

Epigem provides customers with a contract manufacturing service for polymer microsystems and specialty coated film products. We have a range of facilities, equipment and processes to achieve this. The facilities include a 300 m² class 10000 clean room with local class 100 areas, chemistry and laser testing laboratory. The equipment includes a versitile film coating and embossing machine capable of handling web widths up to 305 mm wide, contact mask aligner, Edwards thermal metal evaporator and Tencor surface profilimeter. The processes include UV embossing and casting of microstructures, film coating, photolithography, compression moulding, copper and nickel electrodeposition and fabrication of multilayer film laminates.
