Epigem has many years of experience in working with customers to develop new and innovative products. We specialise in polymer film sheet or laminate products containing micromoulded structures of some type. Examples are; polymer waveguides, plastic liquid crystal displays or microfluid devices. Usually, one or more bulk or surface properties of the polymer needs to be carefully controlled, such as refractive index or surface energy. Our highly qualified and experienced team of polymer scientists, physicists and engineers will work with you, seeking to provide the best solution to your problem. In support of these people we have excellent materials characterisation facilities such as spectroscopy (various types), surface analysis, electron microscopy and mechanical testing to name but a few. Once the product development is complete, Epigem also has the facilities to manufacture.
