UV Embossed Structures
Small
to medium volume production of UV embossed structures on flexible film
is offered. The use of UV curable acrylate/methacrylate resins enables
the physical and mechanical properties of the embossed structures to be
tailored to customer requirements. Properties such as surface energy or
refractive index, as well as hardness of the UV embossed product for example,
can be modified by variation in the chemistry of the UV curable resin.
